“I have more understanding of building my fitness and strength and how my food and lifestyle choices contribute to that. The need for discipline and routine to build and maintain strength is something I struggle with. Sarah gave me some great ideas for how to build the exercise into my existing schedule which I found very helpful.
Sarah really listened to me, she understood what I needed and gave me advice to achieve my goals. She’s very empathetic and can put herself in your shoes to understand what’s going on and what might be stopping you from achieving your goals. Great experience - 10/10!

It was really helpful to learn the theory and then go away and look at the resources to map my own life and eating habits and reflect on what that meant for me. "When I began, I was looking for greater clarity, direction and space to properly think things through. Over the course of our sessions, I've been able to organise my thoughts more effectively, set clear objectives and move forward at a pace that feels right for me. The consistent structure of setting goals at the start and reflecting at the end of each session helped me stay accountable and intentional.
This experience has had a positive impact on my overall health and wellbeing. I feel mentally clearer and more grounded. Creating space and knowledge to build habits that feel sustainable has helped me feel more in control. I've developed practices that I know still "stand the test" beyond the coaching itself. Scanning ingredients on packets is now my new norm!

A huge positive is I think much more about my gut health than before, especially with food choices, alcohol consumption and adding more food groups into my meal plans. I've been thinking a lot about the education you provided on glucose spikes and it's helped improve my general diet. It all helps level out my digestive system better."
“My goal to arm myself with the knowledge needed, and a plan of action, to become healthier, fitter and find more energy, has absolutely been achieved. I have taken a huge amount from this process. Surprise at some things I did already know and, thanks to Sarah’s guidance, how to put those things into a plan and make them relevant to me and my health journey and surprise at other things that I thought I knew or feel I should have known but actually didn’t or had been previously miseducated in, which has all been righted thanks to Sarah so I can make informed decisions in the future. It has also been amazing to put myself first, probably for the first time in a decade since my children were born, find time to address the areas I need to address, prioritise focus and attention on me and my health and how that, in turn, will impact my family once improved. Sarah had an amazing way of making me feel like the priority, completely relaxed to bare all with her and really hone in on what I was aiming for and take control of how to do it.
Sarah really took the time to listen to me, what I had already been trying to put in place, what I wanted to achieve and gently steer me in the right direction in the areas I was struggling with. Sarah was excellent at giving options of what to tackle in each session, working out what I already knew about and where I had gaps in my knowledge and discussing options with me for each session to ensure we tackled the areas I was most interested in and felt were most relevant to my journey. Every step of the way she checked in with me to make sure I was following, understood what she was talking about and her enthusiasm about was contagious not to mention her vast knowledge about so many relevant areas, absolutely outstanding. Overall this experience has had an enormous impact on my wellbeing in particular and I know will improve my health considerably once I’ve fully put everything into place.”
