Personalised health coaching: How does it work?
Working together in a supportive coaching partnership to achieve sustainable change is something that takes time to do effectively. I am based in Overton, Hampshire (UK), where you are welcome to come to my village-centre clinic in person (based at Overton and North Waltham Osteopathy) or we can hold our sessions online.
You can get started with two easy steps:
Step 1) Book a free discovery call with me
This is a 15-20 minute discussion where we can explore what has brought you to health coaching and what you are hoping to get out of it, as well as a brief overview of how things would work between us. We can also talk through the different packages to see which one would suit you best.

Step 2) Select one of the following Mighty Women Wellbeing packages:
Mighty Women Wellbeing - The Mighty Reset
This signature package allows us to have a complete exploration of the health issues you are currently experiencing, your diet and lifestyle patterns, and the outcomes you want to achieve. We will work together to empower you to make achievable change, at your own pace, celebrating your successes along the way and supporting you through any challenges that arise.
Common side effects: better sleep, increased energy, weight loss, improved self esteem, lower stress, feelings of control of own health.
What’s included:
2 x 90 min session, 2 x 60 min sessions. Option to add on more sessions as required.
Weekly Whatsapp / text check-ins and ad hoc Whatsapp support (optional – although most clients love these!)
Duration: approx. 3 months
Mighty Women Wellbeing - The Mighty Insights session
If the full coaching package isn't for you right now, this is a stand-alone session for us to explore what's going on for you with your diet and lifestyle at the moment. Due to the format, there is less coaching and more mentoring as we look to identify some key areas for you to consider focusing on to see meaningful change. You will be sent a food diary to complete 7-10 days before attending this session so please allow enough time to have done this when booking.
